As a Student Representative
Setting a role model for what a student representative to the Pittsfield School Committee could be and what they could accomplish;
Ensuring that student representatives to the Pittsfield School Committee are elected as required by law, and that they were elected in a process that helped to ensure that the elections resulted in student representatives who are dedicated to their roles;
Helping to establish the Massachusetts Association of Student Representatives to ensure that student representatives across the state are able to participate in an organization where they can receive training and advice to improve how they do their job, learn from other student representatives across the state, and to collectively organize to expand their powers.
As a Student at Taconic High School
Create the Taconic Student Voice Club to act as an unelected student government at Taconic, which has not had a proper student government in a long time;
Serve on various committees and clubs to help improve the school experience for all Taconic students;
Developing social distancing diagrams for the school using publicly accessible blueprints of the school to help the school district plan for various reopening scenarios during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
As a Private Citizen after High School Graduation
Continue advocating for policy changes in regards to student representatives to the Pittsfield School Committee that expands their rights on the committee;
Being a participant of the Pittsfield Citizen's Academy to learn more about how the City of Pittsfield operates;
Being a participant of the Superintendent's School Safety Committee to ensure that school safety issues are addressed by the Pittsfield Public Schools;
Staying on top of matters before the Pittsfield School Committee;
