About Me
I am a lifelong resident of the City of Pittsfield, attending Capeless Elementary School, Reid Middle School, and graduating from Taconic High School in June of 2022 as Class Valedictorian. During my years at Taconic, especially during the pandemic and afterwards, I started to get more involved with the governance system of the Pittsfield Public Schools. During the 20-21 school year I watched pretty much every Pittsfield School Committee meeting, occasionally spoke during public comment at meetings, participated on the Superintendent Search Committee as a student representative from Taconic, and took part in various clubs and activities to make the Taconic school experience more enjoyable during the Pandemic.
In the 21-22 school year I finally become a student representative to the School Committee, where I ensured to do the best job that I could possibly do. I made sure to be an active participant in committee meetings, reach out to the student body regularly on matters before the committee, and ensured that student representatives would be elected after my term was over and that the representatives that were elected were dedicated to their roles.
After graduating from Taconic, I went on to be a part of the Pittsfield Citizens Academy to learn more about the inner operations of the City of Pittsfield. I also enrolled at Berkshire Community College to study Computer Networking and Cybersecurity, and I am planning on attending a local 4-year college or university to finish a bachelors degree in Computer Science.
In my spare time I like to stay on top of Pittsfield and Berkshire County politics, work on computer and technology projects, and occasionally play video games.
